(0:10) That's what we're looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join us in our mission to provide free health insurance to those who need it the most. Affordable Care Agency was founded in 2014 and has helped tens of thousands of people across the U.S. sign up for free health insurance.

As a self-employed health care affiliate, you'll identify individuals in need of free health insurance and direct them to a website to enroll, to be eligible for free health insurance. Individuals must be over 18, have no health insurance, be a U.S. citizen, and meet the income requirements. For each person you refer who is enrolled, you'll earn $40.

These referral commissions alone can provide excellent side income. You can also build your own team and earn a $50 team bonus for every group of five people they refer in a week who are enrolled. There is no limit to how many team bonuses you can earn.
