It can be said that we have a feasible and empathetic
role that we owe all things and
persons, as a due consideration for their right for a
non-intrusive existence. It can also be asserted that
we or others aren't obligated beyond the feasible and
the empathetic live-and-let-live acknowledgement for
any interdependence-let alone any co-dependencies-
that aren't a mutual transactional interest.
Our connections beyond 'Samaritan aid-n-comfort in
urgent and emergent circumstances is more on
perceived symbiotic to synergistic common, self
-interests. In those self-interests there are the
operational aspects of mutual stability, thriving,
collaboration, and preservation of the better forms
that maintain and sustain us.
This mutuality can be an implicitness of the inherent
restraints of our circumstances that require such
an implicit acknowledgement or a formal explicit
declaration by the community's political choice
and will.
When the explicit macro-communal declarations are
so antagonistically alienating the conditioned and
implicit micro-impulses , there becomes the
disaffection and estrangement from the macro-
narratives by those micro-components. This is how
the fraying and fracturing balkanization of a
culture progresses.
That process has been overlooked, ignored, and
dismissed by those agents who engage in the abstract
extrapolation rather than in visceral and organic
micro-interchanges. The abstractions are summarized
in broad generalization to produce those paradigms.
It's in the viscerally organic dance of interactions that
'culture' literally lives, than existing as a sterile
abstraction. When community is mentioned and
discussed, it's about the dynamics of the
conditioned, habitual actions that take place
not any decided standard that's declared.

How best to literally and figuratively capitalize on
those dynamics of micro-interaction to sustain and
maintain a culture's empowerment and engagement?
It must begin at the proverbial 'roots'. Resources
should be the 'fertilizer' for those roots, so that those
at the roots can develop the tangible and intangible
infrastructure for their development.
Once “the infrastructure” is being developed, then
fractal, improvisation and innovations can take
place. The fractal extensions provide the diversity
and the versatility of alternative paths that are based
on the production created by the fertilized infrastructure.
The base and extensions thriving brings the need for the preservation of the tangible and intangible
values garnered. That preservation will budget the
operational, hard-and-soft investments for
immediate use from that that can be used for
long-term and emergent use.
